15" wheels would be best. Width will depend on the tire you use, but will most likely be either 7" or 8"
considering the range of tires available. Bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5" circle
You might be able to get away with 30 x 9.50 x 15 tires, if the springs aren't too sagged. Considering that the truck is 20 years old, it's likely that they're pretty sagged, so you're going to end up with a smaller tire if you want to avoid rubbing. Something in a 28 or 29 inch tire, I'm not sure what the metric equivalent would be, maybe like 215R75X15, or something in that range.
Wherever you buy the tires will know, but this will give you some idea of the range.
