Do You Need to Balance Tires and/or Wheels After Changing Out Wheels?

I bought 4 new wheels for my car to replace the existing ones (some are bent). Car is currently out of alignment (pulls to the right). I plan on getting the alignment afterwards.

Should I balance the tires after changing out the wheels?

Should I balance the wheels after changing out the wheels?

Or should I balance them both?

Thanks in advance.Do You Need to Balance Tires and/or Wheels After Changing Out Wheels?
Normal procedure is to balance the tire on the wheel. This needs to be done with each tire and wheel on your car.

The idea is to balance your tire / wheel combinations so they run straight and true without any wobble.Do You Need to Balance Tires and/or Wheels After Changing Out Wheels?
Hi,
I agree to the opinions of balancing each tyre to the rim as well as checking all applicable wheel alignment parameters on both axles. Any or both of them may rectify your problem. You just make sure that tyre pressures are adequate and pressure is same for tyres on an axle.

If you notice your car deviates to left or right when the steering is in normal position, then that probably indicates a crooked steering wheel (steering off the center corrected by a mechanic). Only a mechanic should do it otherwise it may get damaged..
