Any quality salvage yard will have several sets of used rims/tires "takeoffs " for bigger rims at local tire shops also a good spot.

I got a set of basically brand new tires from american tires. They discounted them because they were used, but some guy got rims, and had to get all new tires so they had less than 300 miles on them. Also try ebay and craigslist. You never know what can turn up there.
