Am I getting a good deal on a set of 4 tires and wheels?

I have a 2008 Honda Civic LX that came with steel wheels and plastic hubcaps. A friend of mine is selling me his used 16" tires and aluminum wheels that came off his 2008 Civic EX. He drove on that set for 2 months. The tires and wheels are practically new. He's selling them for $450 dollars. Deal or No Deal?Am I getting a good deal on a set of 4 tires and wheels?
