What are the best tires and wheels for off-raoding?

What tires and wheels would be best for going off-road, in the mud, and still work for the day to day streets?



I'm looking for something with a 5-lug pattern to go on my 97 Grand Cherokee.



If you could find something not too expoensive, under $500, that would be great. And maybe in Portland, OR so I dont have to drive too far or pay for shipping. Craigslist would be awesome of you found something there.

i like cooper tires too. check out a tire one dealer for cooper, mastercraft, aurora and some other off brands. some dealers sell wheels too. get an all terrain or mud terrain tread.



for the day to day driving a plain all terrain tire should do.
