hello my names henry
when your parking up on a hill does your front wheels tires faced left or right away from the curb or towards it.And also during a 2 to 3 point way parking what is the most perfect way to do it and also when your driving in a neighborhood or a residential area what is the normal speed limit my instructor told me it was 25 on my driving test !
thank you very much henry godbless you and yours as always|||When parking on a hill you should turn your wheels INTO the curb. If your parking brake or gears fail to keep the vehicle in place, the vehicle will reverse (assuming you parked going up) into the curb which is much less dangerous than reversing into the road where it will pick up speed.
Residential areas are marked according to locality. In NY, where I live, most towns and villages are marked 30mph. In trips to Vermont that I have been on, I have seen some localities with 25mph signs in and New Hampshire I have seen 20mph signs. So it varies.
Regarding the 3 point turn, look for traffic. Start from the inside of your lane and turn towards the outside of the opposing lane until you are roughly 90 degrees to the curb (Point 1). Put car in reverse and back up to face in the proper direction (point 2) put in drive or 1st gear and straighten vehicle as necessary and proceed on your way (point 3)
