Would 15 inch wheels fit on 33 inch tires?

I have 31 inch tires with 15 inch wheels. These tires are pretty much brand new so I'm going to wait until they wear out before I buy 33s. For the time being I'm going to buy a set of black wheels. Question is, can I use the same wheels (15 inches) with the 33s?Would 15 inch wheels fit on 33 inch tires?
depends on how wide your 33 is... and the backspacing of your wheel.
So long as the 33" tires (which only describes the overal diameter) are designed to mount on 15 inch wheels then yes, absolutely they will ift. a 15 x 8 wheel will fit 31 x 10.5 or 33 x 12.50. I know guys that run 35's on them. Make sure you get a 15 x 8 wheel and your tires have R15 at the end of the size and you're good to go.
Tires come in all different sizes. If the 33s are made to fit on 15 inch rims, then they will fit on the rims you have now, although... you may want a wider rim for the taller tires, so...Would 15 inch wheels fit on 33 inch tires?
